As a prospective user of Emerge Tools, I sign up for an account, so that I can start utilizing the mobile development tools offered by Emerge Tools.

Success definition: Given I am on the Emerge Tools homepage and have clicked the 'Get started' button When I fill in my email address and click 'Continue' on the sign-up page Then I should see a page where I can create a password for my new account.
