Explore DART Product and Initiate Registration

As a potential Harmoney customer, I explore the DART product details and initiate the registration process, so that I can utilize Harmoney's fixed income trading services effectively.

Success definition: Given I am on the Harmoney homepage When I click on the Products button and select the DART product Then I should be directed to the DART product details page and see the product features displayed, followed by navigating to the registration page after clicking 'Get Started', where I should see a sign-up form with a disabled 'Next' button.
